Pasta with Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g pasta
  • 250 ml milk
  • 50g Gorgonzola
  • Salt
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian, egg-free

Cook the pasta in salted water and drain 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Pour in the milk, season with nutmeg and salt, and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and add to the pasta. Do not boil. Let the cheese soften briefly, then stir until the pieces have melted.
