Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, e.g. penne
- 250 ml milk
- 250g Gorgonzola
- 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 1 tbsp, stalked chives, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely crumble the cheese. Bring the milk to a boil over low heat. Add the cheese and stir to melt. Add the walnuts. Season with lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Finally, just before serving, stir in the chives. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Stir the sauce into the pasta and serve.
