Prosciutto and bread pasta

In a large pot, bring 4-5 liters of water with 1 tablespoon of salt to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, trim the fat from the ham. Dice the ham. Wash the tomatoes and dice them, leaving the stems off. Puree both with the cream in a blender or with a hand blender, not too finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pick off the leaves, and chop very finely. Mix with the ham cream and season with salt and chili powder. Pour the pasta into a sieve, drain, and return to the pot. Stir in the ham cream and toss with the pasta until hot. Serve among plates.
