Pasta with meatball sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • marjoram
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 300 g pasta
  • n. B. Fat
  • possibly grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the minced meat with tomato paste, egg, salt, pepper, and marjoram, and form the meatballs into small balls. Melt some fat in a pan and fry the meatballs all over. Then remove the meatballs from the pan and discard most of the fat. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree to the pan and bring to a boil briefly. Add the cream and the meatballs. Simmer on low heat for about five minutes. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and marjoram. Serve with the pasta and grated cheese.
