Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • some water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • some vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 pinch(s) basil
  • oregano
  • olive oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • noodles
  • salt water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with Italian herbs

Start by making the meatballs. Mix the ground beef with an egg, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Form them into walnut-sized balls and fry them well in a hot pan with a little olive oil. Continue frying on a lower heat for about 5 minutes (even if the balls seem very soft at first, they’ll be just right in the sauce!). Now add the tomatoes to the pan and thin them with a little water. Season the contents of the pan with the stock (a good 3 tablespoons), salt, pepper, herbs, and a little sugar. Stir in the sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water as usual.
