Pasta with mushroom and pepper pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 200 g bell pepper(s)
  • ½ cup cream
  • 100g pasta
  • vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop all the vegetables into small pieces. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil. Then add the bell peppers and vegetable stock to taste. It should be flavorful. Deglaze with cream and simmer for a while. Serve with the cooked pasta.
