Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti or capellini
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 package of peas (frozen)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 5 slices of ham
- 200 g cheese (hard cheese, e.g. Grana Padano, Primadonna)
- Salt
- pepper
- some nutmeg
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the sauce, peel and dice the onion. Then fry it in a little oil in a small saucepan or deep frying pan until translucent. Cut the ham into strips and add it. Clean and slice the mushrooms and add them 5 minutes later. Pour the cream over the onion and bring to a boil. Add the peas and wait until they are thawed. Grate the cheese and add half of it to the sauce. Bring to a boil briefly and season with spices if desired. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain. Serve with the sauce and the remaining cheese.
