Melt the butter in a small pan and add the pasta. Stir a few times and then add boiling water. Season and cook until done. Add a little more water if needed. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion. Heat oil in another pan. Fry the diced onion, stirring constantly, until lightly golden. Peel and core the apple, and cut into small cubes. Add the apple cubes to the onion and fry together. Add the crème fraîche and sauté for a few minutes. Pour in the stock, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in 25 ml of water, add to the pan, mix, and bring to a boil. Finely grate the feta, add to the sauce, and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
