Pasta with Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 675 g chicken
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual. Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until tender. Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and oregano. Remove everything from the pan and heat 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan, then lightly sauté the garlic cloves. Add the milk with 3 tablespoons of flour. Season everything again with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir in 50g of Parmesan cheese to give the sauce a slightly thicker consistency. Mix the pasta with the chicken and sauce in a bowl, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and parsley, and you’re done!
