Pasta with Salmon and Prawns

The perfect pasta with salmon and prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Salmon
  • 6 St. Beefsteak tomatoes
  • Fresh dill
  • 230 ml Dry white wine
  • Salt pepper
  • 150 g Crème double (with herbs)
  • 350 g Pasta
  • 150 g King Prawn
  1. Scald and peel the tomatoes, then cut into cubes. Finely hook the dill.
  2. Place the salmon in a large, cold pan. Pour over the white wine, add the dill and season with salt and pepper. Now bring everything to the boil, then cook on reduced heat for about 5 minutes. Then remove the fish and cut into pieces on a plate (or similar).
  3. Add the tomatoes and the double cream to the white wine sauce. Bring everything to the boil and then simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
  4. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  5. Add the salmon and prawns to the tomato and white wine sauce and just warm up.
