Pasta with Salmon and Prawns
The perfect pasta with salmon and prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Salmon
- 6 St. Beefsteak tomatoes
- Fresh dill
- 230 ml Dry white wine
- Salt pepper
- 150 g Crème double (with herbs)
- 350 g Pasta
- 150 g King Prawn
- Scald and peel the tomatoes, then cut into cubes. Finely hook the dill.
- Place the salmon in a large, cold pan. Pour over the white wine, add the dill and season with salt and pepper. Now bring everything to the boil, then cook on reduced heat for about 5 minutes. Then remove the fish and cut into pieces on a plate (or similar).
- Add the tomatoes and the double cream to the white wine sauce. Bring everything to the boil and then simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the pasta until al dente.
- Add the salmon and prawns to the tomato and white wine sauce and just warm up.
