Pasta with salmon cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g salmon
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of herb cream cheese, approx. 200 – 250 g
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp, heaped seasoning, granular (e.g. Frugola)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 10 g butter
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 pinch(s) herb(s), garden herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onion and cut the salmon into small pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onions. Add the salmon and fry. Deglaze with the cream and add the vegetable stock (an empty cream pot is ideal for measuring). Melt the herb cream cheese while stirring. Add the frugola and garden herbs and bring the sauce to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and immediately toss with the sauce.
