Pasta with Sausage Slices and Mushrooms

- 500 g Pasta
- 500 g Sausages
- 150 g Ham cubes
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 1 a cup Cream
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- Oil
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
- Fry the sausages in the oil until they are brown, remove and set aside, peel the onions into cubes, cut the spring onions into rings and sauté with the ham cubes until translucent, cut the sausages into slices, add to the ham and onions, the mushrooms cut into slices and cook everything in the closed pan, stir the flour in the vegetable stock until smooth, pour into the pan, add the cream, bring to the boil again and season with salt and pepper
- Place the noodles on pasta plates, pour the sausage and mushroom sauce over them and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
