Pasta with Seafood
The perfect pasta with seafood recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Frozen or fresh seafood
- 500 g Chopped onion
- 500 g Fresh celery leaves
- 3 big Diced ripe tomato
- 3 big Garlic fresh
- 1 a cup Liquid cream
- 1 glass White wine
- Salt
- Dried peperoncino
- Sauté the onions in a large, deep pan – add the garlic, seafood and celery leaves, then add the tomatoes
- Let everything boil down nicely
- and now add the wine and the cream with the salt and chili peppers and let the simmer continue to cook
