Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp ajvar
  • 3 points shrimp
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or walnut oil
  • 1 pack of spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and finely chop the bell pepper. Fry it with the shrimp in hot oil for a few minutes. Stir in the aivar first, then gradually the sour cream, and season to taste. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti, drain, and mix everything together.
