Pasta with Spinach, Tuna and Crabs
The perfect pasta with spinach, tuna and crabs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Pasta
- 500 g Creamed spinach
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Cans Tuna
- 150 g Small shrimp cooked
- 1 tbsp Garlic Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Peel the onion and garlic cloves, dice finely and sauté in the oil until translucent, add the spinach and slowly defrost over low heat, add the tuna, season everything with salt and pepper, heat briefly and let it steep.
- Briefly sauté the crabs in garlic butter (see my KB).
- Drain the noodles in a sieve, place on pasta plates, pour the spinach sauce on top, add the shrimps and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
