Pasta with Tuna Sauce

The perfect pasta with tuna sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Pasta of your choice
  • 200 g Fresh onions
  • 2 piece Cloves of garlic fresh
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 0,25 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 0,125 liter Broth clear
  • 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 200 g Tuna canned
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Boil 2 1/2 l of water with 2 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the noodles, occasionally fluff with a stirring ladle. Simmer over a low heat for 12 minutes. Drain in the sieve.
  2. In the meantime, peel the knofi and onions and dice them. Steam both in butter until translucent. Grind and add rosemary. Add the meat stock and ketchup and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, tear the tuna and stir into the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange the pasta on a warm plate and pour the sauce over it.
  4. If you like it, you can also sprinkle chopped capers on top.
