Pasta with Sucuk, Olives and Peppers

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Penne
  • 1 ring Sucuk
  • 1 Handful Olives
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried oregano
  • Oil
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente.
  • Peel and dice the onions, clean and dice the bell peppers and fry everything in the oil, cut the chilli pepper very finely and add to the bell pepper onions with the diced sucuk, stir in the tomato paste and deglaze with the vegetable stock and the pizza tomatoes.
  • Now season everything well with salt, pepper, paprika powder, oregano and thyme, add the olives and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta in a sieve, arrange on plates, pour the sucuk-paprika pan over it and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
