Pasta with tomato sauce and nut parmesan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g Rigatoni, vegan
  • 125 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp basil, dried
  • 1 tbsp parsley, dried
  • some garlic powder
  • some cheese, vegan (nut parmesan)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Heat the passata in a saucepan and add the basil and parsley. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with nut Parmesan cheese, if desired.
