Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti or other pasta
- oil
- 1 small onion(s)
- e.g. chili pepper(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tomatoes
- Parsley
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a little oil in a pan. After a minute, add the finely chopped chili pepper. A little later, add the finely diced garlic. When the onions are translucent and the garlic isn’t burnt, add the diced tomatoes. Simmer briefly and season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked and drained pasta and the finely chopped parsley, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Tip: Add a little more pesto if desired.
