Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice (I like linguine)
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Sauce thickener, light
  • olive oil

No, this recipe is no joke. It tastes delicious!

Cook the pasta until al dente. Halve and then slice the onions, and finely chop the garlic. In a saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil. Drain the oil from the tuna, add the tuna to the pan, and heat briefly. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Immediately stir in the cream cheese and let it melt. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and thicken with a sauce thickener. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve immediately.
