Pasta with turkey and broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 400g penne
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g turkey schnitzel
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Peel the thick stalks and cut into small pieces. Bring 400 ml of water to a boil and sauté the broccoli for 5 minutes. Then drain. In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Peel and dice the onion. Cut the turkey cutlets into small pieces. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or pan. Add the diced onion and turkey cutlets and fry briefly. Then add the noodles, broccoli and coconut milk. Bring to a boil briefly (thinning with a little water if necessary). Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and ginger powder. Serve hot.
