Pasta with two kinds of pesto and cottage cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g linguine or other pasta
  • salt water
  • ½ jar pesto, red
  • ½ jar pesto, green
  • 1 cup cream cheese, grainy
  • possibly cherry tomatoes
  • some Parmesan, grated
  • possibly cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Combine both pestos and the cottage cheese in a bowl. If you like, halve a few cherry tomatoes. Drain the pasta and arrange on plates. Add the sauce, divide the tomatoes among the plates, and serve garnished with Parmesan cheese. It’s super quick, delicious, and inexpensive. We occasionally chop walnuts and sprinkle them on top.
