Pasta with zucchini, bacon cubes and brunch

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 250 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 1 cup of brunch
  • lots of chicken seasoning
  • some pepper
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the noodles according to the instructions. Dice the zucchini and onion. Chop the garlic as finely as possible. Brown the bacon, onion, and garlic in a large, deep pan. Season generously with chicken seasoning (I use Maggi Seasoning Mix 3) until the bacon is a bright red. Add pepper and chili to taste. Be careful, it will taste way overseasoned at first. Once the bacon is nicely cooked, add the zucchini and cook through. Next, add the noodles and the brunch. You can now turn off the heat and just mix it together again.
