Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 160 g pasta
  • ½ m.-sized zucchini
  • e.g. olive oil
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, thinly slice or grate the zucchini and fry in olive oil in a pan until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, and add other ingredients if desired. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the zucchini, stir well, and enjoy.
