Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 class can/n pineapple, unsweetened
  • 1 jar celery
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 apples, e.g. Braeburn
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 medium-sized jacket potatoes
  • 1 class jar salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian

Drain the pineapple and celery thoroughly. Chop all ingredients very finely. Mix with the salad dressing and season to taste. This salad can be prepared well in advance and tastes especially delicious the next day.
