Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 100 g buckwheat, ground
  • 100 g corn, ground
  • 100 g brown rice, ground
  • ½ tsp coriander, ground
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp curry, without salt
  • 150 g cheese, Gouda, grated
  • 250 ml mineral water, carbonated
  • Oil and butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, vegetarian

Mix all ingredients in a food processor; this will ensure you have enough water; otherwise, you’ll need up to 100 ml more. Form balls with wet hands and place them in the hot oil. Flatten them with a wet spatula. Reduce the heat slightly to prevent them from becoming too dark. Serve with a spicy sauce. My own recipe.
