Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), approx. 90 g
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 500 g bell pepper(s), cut into small pieces
  • 20 pepper seeds, approx.
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 1 apple, approx. 150 g
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry in margarine. Add the bell pepper and fry for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with 200 ml water, add vegetable stock, grate the apple around the crackling, add the sugar and salt, and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, puree everything, and season with balsamic vinegar. My own recipe.
