Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 small cans of peas and carrots
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 1 bowl of cocktail tomatoes
- 2 onions, red
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. E. Salad herbs, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the oil, vinegar, and balsamic vinegar in a salad bowl. Drain the peas and carrots, dice the cooked ham, quarter the tomatoes, chop the herbs, and dice the onions. Add everything to the salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and finally fold in the herbs.
