Chocolate nut muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
  • 50 g wheat flour, 405
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 80 g hazelnuts or almonds, ground
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 tsp Stevia sweetener
  • 4 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 50 g cream (chocolate cream)
  • 25 g peanut butter
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 1 pack of vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

without egg, with wholemeal flour and little sugar, for 12 muffins

Mix the first seven ingredients together thoroughly. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Divide the mixture among 12 muffin cups. Bake at 170 degrees C (convection oven) for 20 to 25 minutes. It’s best to check if the muffins are done with a skewer after 20 minutes. Decorate the finished muffins as desired after they’ve cooled or simply dust with powdered sugar. The calorie count refers to the muffins without any toppings.
