Pea soup with Vienna sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peas with soup vegetables
  • 2 slices of smoked pork
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 300 g potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • marjoram
  • lovage
  • 4 Vienna sausages

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Delicious

Cooking time: approx. 30 minutes. Dice the smoked pork. Peel and finely dice the onion and vegetables. Sauté everything in the oil and add the peas and broth. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, and season. Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes, add to the stew, and simmer. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, heat the sausages in the broth and season again if necessary.
