Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g peas
- 40 g butter
- some flour
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 200 ml chicken broth (as needed)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Add the butter to the pot and melt. Add the flour, mix, and stir in the chicken stock with a whisk. Add the peas and bring to a boil. Simmer until the peas are tender (about 15 minutes). If there’s not enough liquid, add a little more chicken stock.
