Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 g quark
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • 300 g cream
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 large can/s peach halves
  • 50 ml passion fruit juice
  • 30 g sugar
  • 12 butter biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 25 minutes

Soak the gelatine in cold water and set aside. Roughly crumble the butter biscuits in a bag. Dice 5 peach halves. Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan and deglaze with the passion fruit juice. Add the peach cubes and simmer for about 5 minutes until soft. Remove from the pan and let cool. Mix the quark, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and zest of half an orange until smooth. Squeeze half an orange, heat the juice, and dissolve the gelatine in it. Add the orange juice to the quark mixture and mix. Whip the cream in a second bowl until stiff and fold in. Spoon some of the peaches into the glasses. Place the biscuits on top and spoon the cream on top. Spoon the peaches and biscuits on top again, and finally spoon the cream on top. Chill the glasses for 6 hours. Cut the remaining peaches into thin slices and arrange them in a circle from the rim of the glass to the center to form a flower shape. If you like, you can garnish the dessert with cookie crumbs. Makes about 6 servings.
