Peach-Banana-Mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g banana(s), flesh weighed
  • 200 g peach(s), flesh weighed
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 5 sheets of gelatin
  • 200 g cream, whipped
  • n. B. Banana liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Puree the banana and peach flesh and stir in the yogurt. Soak and dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions. Stir three tablespoons of the yogurt-fruit mixture into the gelatin. Then stir this into the remaining yogurt-fruit mixture. Fold in the whipped cream and flavor with banana liqueur to taste. Refrigerate for one hour.
