Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg peach(s)
- 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for 3 – 4 glasses
Peel, pit, and slice the peaches. Place them in a saucepan with the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for about five minutes. Then pour into prepared twist-off jars, screw on the lid, and enjoy.
