Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 400 g cream
  • 500 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • ¼ liter passion fruit juice or multivitamin juice
  • 1 sachet dessert sauce (vanilla flavor), no cooking
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 tbsp sugar, maybe more or
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces and line a glass bowl with them. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, add the sugar, and spread it over the peaches, smoothing it down to create a smooth surface. Briefly stir in the yogurt, then spread it over the cream and smooth it down. Whisk the vanilla dessert sauce with the juice and slowly pour it over the cream. Chill for about 2 hours.
