Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml condensed milk, 10%
- 150 ml cream
- 3 peaches (flat peaches), ripe, peeled, pitted and quartered
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- some sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Whip the condensed milk until creamy. Purée the peaches with sugar and lemon juice in a blender, add to the cream, and mix. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or place it in a bowl and freeze for at least three hours. Stir once every hour.
