Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 6 peach(s)
  • 2 liters of water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 8 tea bags (Earl Grey)
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Wash, pit, and slice the peaches. Boil water and bring to a boil. Put the sugar in a punch bowl or large carafe, add 100 ml of boiling water, and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the peach pieces, the remaining water, and the black tea. Let the tea steep for five minutes and then remove it. Place the iced tea with the peach pieces in the refrigerator for about three hours to steep. Finally, remove the peach pieces, add ice cubes, and enjoy! Note: I used tea bags for the iced tea, but you can also use loose black tea; then you’d need 8 teaspoons instead of 8 bags.
