Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg peach(s)
  • 1 m.-sized lemon(s), unsprayed
  • 3 carnations
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon, medium
  • 200 g rock sugar, white
  • 1 liter of vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 60 days; Total time approx. 60 days 30 minutes

with fresh peaches from the garden

Wash the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Slice the lemon. Layer all ingredients together in a fermentation vessel and let them rest in a dark place for 2 months. Then filter.
