Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 gr. can/n peaches or apricots, approx. 800 g
- 3 cups of whipped cream, 200 g each
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
- possibly cream stiffener

It couldn’t be easier!
Drain the peaches or apricots, add the cinnamon, and puree with a hand blender. Whip the heavy cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form and fold in the peach puree. If you prefer it sweeter, add more sugar. High in calories, but very tasty! If you want to store the peach cream for a longer period of time, we recommend using cream stabilizer according to the package instructions. This basic recipe can be varied as desired, for example, with other fruits, by adding yogurt or quark, and of course, various liqueurs.
