Peach Puff Pillow

The perfect peach puff pillow recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet 450Gr; 6 rechteckige Scheiben TK-Blätterteig
  • 1 Can Peaches 850ml)
  • 2 El Sugar
  • 4 El Apricot jam
  • 1 El Chopped almonds
  • Possibly powdered sugar for dusting
  1. Spread the dough slices apart, allow to thaw. Drain the peaches in wedges, cut into wedges. Halve each slice once across, sprinkle thinly with sugar. Place on a baking sheet lined with two pieces of parchment paper.
  1. Place the peach wedges in the middle of the dough, brush with the smoothly stirred jam and sprinkle with the chopped almonds. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 C. for approx. 10-12 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar. Vanilla ice cream tastes good with it.
