Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 large peach(s), yellow flesh
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cl peach liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Blanch peaches in hot water, then peel and pit them. Cut the peaches into cubes, puree them with the juice and sugar, and bring to a boil. Add the liqueur and pour into twist-off glasses. It’s perfect as an ingredient in peach ice cream, as a dessert sauce, or in sparkling wine as an aperitif.
