Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g wheat flour
  • 260 ml water
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Peanut butter bread

Combine flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble in the yeast and add the water. Finally, add the peanut butter and knead well. Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes. Then knead thoroughly again and pour into a lightly greased loaf pan. Let rise for another 15 minutes and then bake at 180°C for about 75 minutes, until golden brown.
