Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 125 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the peanut butter, butter, and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg. Stir in the flour, salt, and baking powder. Slowly add the milk. Mix everything well and pour into a greased (loaf) pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-50 minutes and let cool on a wire rack.
