Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g muesli (fruit muesli)
- 150 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 70 g brown sugar
- 70 g white sugar
- 50 g butter, soft
- 100 g peanut butter, crunchy, soft
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 banana(s), overripe, mashed
- n. B. Chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes
Combine the muesli, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Cream together both sugars, butter, and peanut butter until fluffy, then add the egg and mix thoroughly. Briefly mix in the flour mixture and the mashed banana with a spatula. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the cookies for about 14-15 minutes. If you’d like them crispier, simply leave them in the oven a little longer. Decorate with chocolate coating after baking.
