Peanut Butter Chocolate Crackers
The perfect peanut butter chocolate crackers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Round salt crackers
- 1 Panel Couverture whole milk
- Creamy peanut butter / no pieces
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Spread peanut butter on the crackers (the best way to do this is with a mini pallet for cupcakes; but a knife will do too) and put a second cracker on top.
- In the meantime, melt the couverture with the tablespoon of oil (I always do this in the microwave at half power).
- Now dip the crackers in the chocolate and let them dry on baking paper. It is important that everything is well covered all over with chocolate, otherwise the crackers will become “sticky”. It is best to keep it cold, as the oil melts the chocolate faster. You have to look a little at the quantities, I can’t say exactly. It just depends on how many crackers you have.
