Chocolate Peanut Butter

The perfect chocolate peanut butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Peanuts
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Milk chocolate
  • 7 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter

  1. Peel the peanuts and roast them in portions in a pan and then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar and caramelize. Then grind the nuts finely in a food processor.
  1. Let the chocolate melt in a water bath (please do not skimp on the quality of the chocolate! The taste of the peanut butter becomes more intense if you use high-quality chocolate). When the chocolate is melted add the ground peanuts and stir in. Finally mix in the butter and peanut oil. TIP: If the cream is too thick, either add more chocolate or more oil.
  1. Fill the cream jars with screwdrivers and let them cool down. Store at room temperature. Enjoy your meal!
