Chocolate Peanut Butter
The perfect chocolate peanut butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Peanuts
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Milk chocolate
- 7 tbsp Peanut oil
- 2 tbsp Butter

- Peel the peanuts and roast them in portions in a pan and then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar and caramelize. Then grind the nuts finely in a food processor.
- Let the chocolate melt in a water bath (please do not skimp on the quality of the chocolate! The taste of the peanut butter becomes more intense if you use high-quality chocolate). When the chocolate is melted add the ground peanuts and stir in. Finally mix in the butter and peanut oil. TIP: If the cream is too thick, either add more chocolate or more oil.
- Fill the cream jars with screwdrivers and let them cool down. Store at room temperature. Enjoy your meal!
