  • 100 g chocolate, milk chocolate, coarsely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a sinful ice cream specialty

Combine the cream, chocolate, peanut butter, and syrup in a nonstick pan and heat, stirring constantly, until melted and combined. It’s important to use a pan, as the sauce won’t caramelize as well in a double boiler. It should now be a slightly thick, shiny brown mixture. Set the pan aside and spoon two large scoops of vanilla ice cream into each of four bowls. Spoon the still-warm fudge sauce over the top and then top each bowl with a tablespoon of hazelnut brittle. Serve immediately. Your guests will love you!
