Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g peanut butter in pieces
  • 125 g white sugar
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 375 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

makes about 50 pieces

Preheat the oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Then form into balls of approximately 22 g and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten with a fork. Place the sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. After baking, let them cool for about 10 minutes before eating or packaging.
