Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 80 g butter
  • 50 g crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl. Using teaspoons, drop walnut-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave enough space between each cookie, as they will spread out during baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 10-13 minutes. After baking, the cookies will initially appear very soft; they need a little cooling time to firm up. For best results, divide the mixture between two baking sheets to prevent them from sticking together.
