Peanut Butter Cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 tsp syrup
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 6 tbsp, heaped peanut butter, smooth
  • 180 g flour
  • ½ tsp, leveled baking soda
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and syrup with a hand mixer. You can use beet syrup, but you can also use anything sweet like caramel. This will give the cookies a nicer consistency. Stir in the egg and then the peanut butter. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt and fold in with a spatula. With moistened hands, form the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Using a fork rolled in flour, press a crisscross pattern onto the cookies. Bake at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-12 minutes. This recipe yields about 15 cookies.
